School Uniform Distribution

On 12th June 2016, Mytree Foundation marked a special milestone with its very first initiative with distributing school uniforms to the children of Kalamshet Katkari Vasti.

The day began with excitement as the Mytree team arrived, carrying neatly packed uniforms for the students. Volunteers worked hand‑in‑hand to ensure every child received their set, carefully checking sizes and helping the little ones try them on. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, curiosity, and joy.

One of the teachers shared how many children had never owned a proper school uniform before. For them, this was more than just clothing—it was a symbol of belonging, dignity, and pride in their education. Parents expressed heartfelt gratitude, saying the initiative lifted a burden from families struggling to meet basic needs.

By the end of the day, the true success of the event was reflected in the smiles of the children. Their happiness and confidence reminded us that even small efforts can create lasting change.

This maiden venture set the tone for Mytree’s journey ahead—proving that when communities come together, even modest beginnings can light up lives. 🌱❤️
